Based in Bermondsey, The Snapery Bakery was founded in 2014 by Richard Snapes.
A self taught baker, after an obsession for sourdough meant baking breads for friends and family. He successfully crowdfunded to set up the current premises in Bermondsey, which has enabled our wholesale production of breads and pastries to businesses all over London. From cafes to Michelin starred restaurants, caterers and our market stall.
